Privacy Policy – FlexiSpaceYoga

FlexiSpaceYoga is a pilot project designed to connect yoga teachers with space owners who have available venues for rent by the hour or day. Your privacy is important, and this policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

What Data We Collect

When you fill out a form on our site, we may collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your city or general location

• Your availability or schedule preferences

• Information about your yoga practice or rental space

• Uploaded photos or descriptions (if applicable)

Why We Collect It

We use this data to:

• Match yoga teachers with available spaces

• Communicate with you about your submissions

• Improve the pilot platform and prepare future features

• Send you a password to access limited platform pages

Data Storage & Protection

Your data is securely stored using Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Drive, Gmail) with access limited to the project owner. Strong passwords and two-factor authentication are enabled.

Sharing of Data

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties. Some limited data (such as city and availability) may be used for matching purposes on the platform.

You have the right to:

• Access your data

• Request changes or updates

• Request deletion of your data at any time
