Hi, I’m Patricia — yoga teacher and founder of FlexiSpace Yoga
Yoga is first a practice of care. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, I support people navigating stress, fatigue, emotional overload, or life transitions.
I'm Chilean, a mother, and have lived in France since 2002. For over twenty years I worked in financial controlling in the automotive industry — a world I gave myself to fully, until my body said stop.
Trained in Hatha Yoga (Yoga Vision, Paris, 2024) and Yoga de la Femme® (Tatiana Elle, 2025), I continue my training in 2026 with a growing interest in trauma-sensitive yoga and polyvagal theory.
FlexiSpace Yoga was born from this turning point: to make yoga more accessible, more human, and more rooted in local spaces — connecting teachers, students, and underused spaces to create meaningful wellbeing experiences close to where people live.
I believe in the quiet strength of the feminine. In the intelligence of the body. In the power of what is simple, fair, and grounded.
My Approach
What started as a personal yoga practice gradually became a way to create connection, care, and accessibility through both teaching and shared spaces. FlexiSpace Yoga grows slowly and intentionally — guided by well-being, fairness, and community.
Gentle and accessible yoga
My approach combines movement, breathwork, and relaxation practices designed to support the nervous system. The classes welcome different rhythms, bodies, and levels of experience, without pressure or performance.
Spaces rooted in community
FlexiSpace Yoga encourages the use of local and underutilized spaces to create practices closer to people’s everyday lives — while supporting independent teachers and more sustainable ways of sharing yoga.
